Your Journey Starts Here

Thoughtful, collaborative support as you navigate life’s changes, uncertainties, and everyday stresses.

Small Changes, Big Shifts

Insight, healing, and growth happen within a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Why Therapy?

Therapy offers a unique space to develop your own voice, perspective, and emotional tools without the noise of the outside world. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong.” Instead, it invites you to build on your strengths rather than fixate on weaknesses, cultivating the motivation and confidence needed to make meaningful change.

Even small changes can alter the course of your life. Incremental, thoughtful shifts can lead to insight, healing, clarity, and resilience over time.

About Deborah Weinstock

Over 30 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families

I am an integrative therapist with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and care. My approach draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, allowing me to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, goals, and life circumstances.

For over a decade, I worked in healthcare and end-of-life settings, supporting individuals and families through complex medical diagnoses, grief, and loss. This work deepened my understanding of both physical and emotional suffering and strengthened my commitment to whole-person care.

Today, I work in both the school system and private practice, providing therapy for children, teens, and adults. I am trained in family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and bereavement therapy. My work often focuses on anxiety, life transitions, and loss.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and I work alongside them to develop treatment plans that reflect their values and goals. Some clients benefit from short-term, skills-based therapy, while others seek longer-term support for deeper self-understanding and growth—always at a pace that feels right.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, experienced therapist who will meet you where you are, I would be honored to support you.
